Subject: Procurement of High-Pressure Valve Fittings with Original Parker Brand

Petro Iranian Development and Equipment Company intends to procure high-pressure valve fittings with the original Parker brand required by the company through a public tender from qualified contractors and suppliers.

Tender Subject:

Procurement of high-pressure valve fittings with the original Parker brand in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the tender documents.

Conditions for Participation in the Tender:

Having a history of supplying Parker or similar parts and components in industrial projects.

Providing company registration certificate and the latest amendments (companies with a legal status of Limited Liability Company are not eligible to participate in the tender).

Ability to supply goods with the original Parker brand and provide a certificate of authenticity.

Ability to provide a valid bank guarantee or deposit into the company’s account as a tender participation deposit amounting to 4 billion Rials, or provide a registered Sadad bank check in the company’s name amounting to 10 billion Rials.

Deadline for Receiving Tender Documents:

From 2025/09/14 to 2025/09/21 (until 17:00pm) from the company’s commercial unit.

Deadline for Submission of Proposals:

No later than the end of office hours on 2025/10/09 to the company’s secretariat.

The Oil Minister's Visit to the 29th International Oil & Gas Exhibition

The 29th International Oil, Gas, Refining & Petrochemical Exhibition was officially inaugurated at Tehran Permanent Fairgrounds with the honorable presence of Dr. Paknejad, Minister of Petroleum.

Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company (a subsidiary of National Petrochemical Investment Company) is participating in Halls 8 and 9. During the visit, the Oil Minister toured the company's pavilion to review its latest achievements and technical capabilities.

Another Milestone Achieved in Boosting Ethane Gas Loading Capacity

The Engineering Unit of Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company accomplished significant technological advancements during April-May 2021:

1. Innovative Air Cooling System

Successfully designed, manufactured, and commissioned a high-performance air cooler featuring -

• 170°C temperature differential capability from ambient conditions

• Operational capacity at 220 bar(g) working pressure

• Enhanced loading capacity of ethane gas transport trailers by 15%

Pressure Enhancement & Dew Point Reduction System

Implemented advanced operational equipment including -

• 17 barg working pressure blower systems

• 8,000 Nm³/hr capacity dehumidification package

All systems were engineered in-house and successfully installed/commissioned at the pressure boosting facility

New Board Members of Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company Visit Gas Compression Site in South Pars Special Economic Zone

South Pars, Iran – As part of their ongoing series of field visits to company-managed projects, the newly appointed Board of Directors of Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company conducted an inspection of the gas compression facility located in the South Pars Special Economic Zone (Area 2 - Tombak Site).

Senior Oil Industry Investment Officials Visit Petro Iranian's Gas Compression Facility

Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company's PR department reports that top executives from the Oil Industry's Objectives & Investment Group recently toured the company's gas compression site. The visit focused on evaluating current gas compression projects and process optimization initiatives within the oil sector.

New Ethane Loading Capacity Record Achieved at Kangan Pressure Boosting Station

On January 13, 2021 (24 Dey 1399), the company achieved a new record by unloading 186 tons of ethane gas at Amir Kabir Petrochemical Complex through the outstanding performance of its transportation and operations team. This accomplishment represents a significant step in improving logistical processes and enhancing productivity in the supply chain of raw materials for the country's petrochemical industry. The company remains committed to elevating operational standards and delivering quality services to its customers.

Visit by the Honorable Minister of Petroleum to Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company's Exhibition Booth

On February 1st [2021], the Honorable Minister of Petroleum, accompanied by a delegation of advisors and deputies, visited the 25th International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition. During their presence in Halls 8 and 9, they also visited the booth of National Petrochemical Investment Company.

During this visit, Dr. Rouhani Pour, CEO of National Petrochemical Investment Company, and Eng. Sajjadi, Chairman of the Board of Petro Iranian Pak Fuel Supply Company, explained the group's most important projects including the ethane gas compression and transportation project. This project, which became operational in January 2020 [Bahnan 1398], is currently conducting ethane gas compression and transfer operations.

This year's exhibition, with the slogan "National Oil, Iranian Goods and Services", began with participation from 550 domestic companies and will continue until February 4th at Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds. The event is being held with full health protocols and targeted planning for oil industry specialists' visits.

Record Achievement in Ethane Gas Unloading Capacity at Pressure Reduction Site (Amir Kabir Petrochemical Complex)

On Wednesday, January 13, 2021 (24 Dey 1399), through the efforts and perseverance of the transportation and operations team of Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company, the highest unloading capacity of 186 tons of ethane gas delivered to Amir Kabir Petrochemical Complex was achieved.

Ceremony Honoring Mr. Engineer Behlouli as CEO of the Premier Project in Oil Investment Group

July 2, 2020 (12 Tir 1399) - During the Annual General Meeting of National Petrochemical Investment Company, Eng. Behlouli was appointed as CEO of the Oil Investment Holding's flagship project.

Pre-startup of Ethane Compression and Transportation Project

January 24, 2020 (4 Bahman 1398) - The pre-commissioning phase of Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company's gas compression site was initiated following successful connection to the main feed reception ring and ethane gas intake.

Project Impact:

Economic Benefit: Approximately 100 billion IRR daily in national capital preservation at full operational capacity

Employment Generation:

✓ 50 direct and 850 indirect jobs created during construction

✓ 350 total positions (direct/indirect) anticipated during operational phase

✓ 70% local hiring from southern regions prioritized

The national project marks significant progress in Iran's gas infrastructure capabilities, with the compression facility now entering final testing before full-scale operation.

Initial Ethane Gas Consignment Delivery

Friday, January 31, 2020 (11 Bahman 1398), 14:15 - The first trailer carrying ethane gas tanks arrived at Mahshahr for the commissioning of the pressure reduction station at Amir Kabir Petrochemical Complex. This marks the world's first successful compression and transportation of ethane gas at this pressure level.

Key Project Details:

Petro Iranian Development & Equipment Company has constructed a pressure reduction site at Amir Kabir Petrochemical Complex with a daily unloading capacity of 400 tons

The stored ethane gas will be unloaded at this station and fed into the petrochemical complex's feedstock line

Excess gas required by petrochemical industries will be returned to the industrial cycle via virtual pipeline, preventing waste of this valuable resource

Technical Significance:

This achievement establishes new global benchmarks for:
